All transactions through our website are made in £ (British Pounds Sterling). Our currency converter displays the prevailing currency exchange rate in € (Euros) and US$ (US Dollars). The exchange rate payable at the time of the transaction is that calculated by your card provider. Florestine cannot be held responsible for exchange rate variations. Any refunds made on overseas orders will be transacted in £ sterling.
Please note that UK VAT (Value Added Tax) at 17.5% is included in the prices displayed on our website. If you are based outside the EU VAT will be automatically deducted from the cost of your order. However you may be liable for import duties and taxes as applicable in your own country. Florestine cannot predict what these charges may be or be held liable for them and will not be liable for their payment. For further information, please contact your local customs office prior to placing your order with us. If goods are impounded by the authorities of the country to which they have been sent, payment of the appropriate import duties and taxes are your responsibility.
We insure all products dispatched overseas for loss or damage in transit but we cannot insure the cost of delivery. Therefore, if the goods are not accepted by the recipient, not collected when and as required or returned to the sender, any additional costs incurred are the customer’s responsibility.
